A tribute to 300 years of Danish Theatre
Over the years, Stibo Complete has collaborated with the Torden & Lynild, design agency to create many beautiful exhibitions all over the country, and now we have been involved in producing one of their many beautiful exhibitions once again.
Torden & Lynild had been commissioned by ‘300 years of Danish Theatre’ (“Dansk Teater 300 år”) to set up an exhibition presenting the history of theatre in eight Danish cities. An exhibition that would invite visitors into 300 years of Danish performing arts and highlight the diversity and variety of Danish performing arts today. On 23 September 1722 at 5 pm, lines were spoken in Danish from the stage for the first time – and of course that calls for celebration
A creative solution for 1,000 m2 of prints
Stibo Complete printed the material for the exhibition, which was built from 10 and 19 mm PVC foam sheets with direct printing on the sheets in CMYK and white. The sheets were then contour-cut and assembled to create a beautiful and engaging patchwork.
The job, which involved over 1,000 m2 of printing, required tight management of all logistics. Fortunately, we have a lot of experience with this kind of work at Stibo Complete, thus ensuring that we achieved our goal.
